With the passing of Bill 109, the More Homes for Everyone Act, the Town is currently reviewing its Pre-Consultation process and requirements and this page will be updated once finalized.
The Town currently offers two types of Pre-Consultation. The first type, Preliminary Review Requests, are not-mandatory and are offered as described below. The second type, formal Pre-Consultation Requests are mandatory for certain application types as described below.
